This 3200 square foot deck is constructed of fire treated wood, composite decking, and integrated electrical system. Custom timber and concrete tread stairs built into the deck supports lead to the resort pool.This beautiful deck is used primarily for weddings, cocktail receptions and dinners.

Mule Deer - Commercial Building
Sky high business park, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO.
This is a new building constructed with steel frame, concrete block, and wood framing and is the first building of 4. We designed this project to fit around multiple needs. The building has a fire monitor system, sprinkled office and warehouse space, three phase electrical, and sand oil trap drains. The office is two levels with custom finishes.
Cheyenne Mountain Shooting Complex
Fort Carson CO, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO.
The Cheyenne Mountain Shooting Complex is a joint project between the U.S. Army, El Paso County, the El Paso County Sheriff, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, and the U.S Forest Service. The 400 acre site sits on Army land near Interstate 25 just off mile marker 132. Phase one is now complete and includes 120 shooting positions across seven (7) ranges and includes a separate archery range. The first range is designed as a Law Enforcement Range and reaches 1000 yards with a custom 100 ft shooting wall with rotating targets. The second phase includes a 40 ft. platform, 16 feet high archery platform, 5 skeet & trap ranges, and a club house with a store, classroom, and offices.

Blue Ridge Contractors Inc. is a certified GAF Single Ply TPO roofing contractor offering solutions for new construction or storm damaged roofs and insurance claims. These retro-fit TPO roofing systems offer 20 year workmanship and material warranty and is the best solution for your leaky metal roof. The process includes adding additional R-value insulation, new decking, and a heat welded (air and water tight) TPO membrane system over the roof surface. Blue Ridge Contractors Inc. is an authorized installer of this system and works closely with GAF inspectors and local building departments.
Concrete and Steel Bridge

This is a new concrete and steel bridge crossing a creek. This project included earth work, water diversion, concrete and steel foundation and walls, steel bridge structure with concrete slab and custom rail system.
Garfield County Court- Backup Generator and Structures
Glenwood SPRINGS, CO.
This project involved demolition of existing park lot and concrete work, electrical supply for new generators (2), concrete foundation and slabs, concrete block walls and custom steel gates.
Encounter Africa - Lions Den
cheyenne mountain zoo, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO.
Encounter Africa is the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo's biggest addition ever. Incorporated in this new exhibit is the concrete block lions den housing the zoos multiple lions. This project included installing the wood truss system and multiple skylights. The addition also included a new custom entrance with exotic wood.

Sports Field
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO.
Blue Ridge Contractors removed the existing sod field, created concrete retaining walls, leveled the field and installed the new sports artificial playing field. The project incorporated the existing obstacle course with built in tunnels and an extended field.
