Architectural
With our in house design professionals we offer fast drafting and design leading to a permit more quickly then traditional General Contractors. We offer suggestions on materials and methods to optimize the economy of the project. If you don't currently have architect or design professional, we have relationships with award winning architects to help get your project off the ground.
VALUE ENGINEERING
While working with a completed preliminary design we can often offer alternative materials and/or methods of construction to save money or create a better value for the project.
PERMITTING
Blue Ridge Contractors Inc. is Licensed A-1 Building General Contractor authorized to construct or demolish, or deconstruct, any building or structure, including all buildings without restrictions. This allows us to handle all phases of the building and permitting process. We also work closely with the best licensed commercial electricians, plumbers and heating contractors to ensure your project is completed on time and on budget.
